What Happens If My Order Is Lost Or Stolen? Do I Get My Money Back?

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete mailing address we will not be able to retrieve your package, because we use a fake return address. Please double check your mailing address before ordering. If your package is stolen out of your mailbox, or Canada post loses your package, or you provided an incomplete/incorrect address, we are not responsible for it, and you will incur full charges to have the package resent to you.

How Long Does It Take For Me To Receive An Order? What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days after clearing payment. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, which normally takes approximately 1-4 business days to receive an order. 

Although Canada Post typically delivers within 1-4 business days, it is important to understand that in the event that they do take longer, we will not be responsible. We are not a shipping company and have no way of controlling the speed of the mail. The stated 1-4 business days delivery time is simply quoted as per Canada Post’s website.

What If I Need To Return An Item?

We can’t accept any returns, because we don’t have a mailing address in Canada.

Do You Offer Discounts On Larger Orders?

Will I Have To Sign For My Package?

There is no signature required unless you enter “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” in your order notes and pay the extra shipping charges. If a signature is requested, our shipper will have a signature sticker added to your package. We reserve the right to add signature required to orders of a value over $500 at our discretion.

Do You Guys Have A Minimum Order?

There is no minimum order.

Why Is My Tracking Not Working
Please give Canada Post 3 business days (evenings & weekends excluded) for the tracking to register. If the tracking has not registered after 15 business days, we will look into a solution
