Raloxifene Hydrochloride is a less common Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) which is commonly used by bodybuilders to counter the estrogenic side effects that most anabolic steroids can bring, such as gynecomastia (bitch tits) and hypertension (due to increased water retention).
